What we do

Y2B Properties C.I.C. carries out its activities for the benefit of the community or a section of the community. We provide accommodation in a supported setting for vulnerable individuals in the community. In particular the company is run as a social enterprise to provide support and accommodation to:

People with enduring mental health
People with learning disabilities
People with complex needs
People with drug, alcohol and substance misuse issues
People with physical disabilities
17 years plus adolescents who require support (care leavers)
Victims of domestic violence
Working class adults aged 18 to 65 and are considered to be at risk

Developing properties and providing accommodation locally for adults (18 – 65 years) considered to be at risk

Working for You

The company will provide an option for locally based supported accommodation for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and other complex needs.
